For consideration, please complete the list below. Proposals may require an
interview.
The proposal must include:
1. Biography and headshot
2. Name of church and Pastor
3. Topic and overview of presentation
4. One professional references (preferably a pastoral reference)
Due to the high volume of received applications, only approved speakers will be
contacted. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. Final selections will be
notified no less than four weeks prior to scheduling.
